Parents from all grades are needed and welcome at our PPP Meetings on the
2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM in the LRHS Teachers Lounge. You can increase the success of your student's PPP by participating prior to their senior year!

Parents of LRHS students in all grades:

Imagine you are 18 years old and about to attend your Senior Prom. Yes, it was a long time ago -- but what did you do after your prom? Seniors look forward to their prom for years, and then it’s over in four hours with no place to go except . . .

22 years ago, Loch Raven parents started their drug-free, alcohol-free after-prom party called the Post Prom Party or PPP. Loch Raven was the first school in the area to hold this event, and it and has been the prototype event for other Baltimore County high schools.

We believe this is the coolest party of the year, but it takes at least 50 parents and $15,000 to pull it off. Volunteering and supporting our fundraising efforts is a way to meet a great group of LR parents, and to give back to the community by keeping our kids safe and off the roads on Prom Night! PLEASE JOIN US!
